Gamma Chi Delta's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee and chair position began in the Fall of 2020 following a push from our members to become more dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our club and around the Trinity community. As we continue to push ourselves to become better educated, understanding, and vocal about the issues that trouble our communities, we have decided to rename our DEI chair to the I&B chair, better known as our Inclusion & Belonging chair and committee. We believe that our club has grown to represent many different cultures and backgrounds, and now our hope is to use this momentum to keep that upwards trend and ensure we continue to foster that safe space for all present and future sisters to feel like they belong.
